Description

Cars and trucks are making left turns from Massachusetts Avenue westbound on to H St. westbound and it's causing backups on Massachusetts Avenue. There are signs at the intersections before and after the cross at H St. that say no left turn, but there is no sign at the intersection of mass and H Northwest.
