    Circulator bus #2125 just went down 1000 block of 9th street (9 pm on June 14th) The street is closed for buses and there are multiple signs posted. Really disappointing city buses don’t obey the road rules!

    There are several of unclaimed garbage cans left out that are attracting rats and illegal trash dumping. It has been an ongoing problem. I’ve asked the neighbors to remove their trash cans by 6/12 (Wednesday). Please pick up any remaining trash cans on Friday (6/14). This should be 1 day after our trash days so all remaining should be fair game for pick up.

    1000 Block of 9th St NE is being used as a short cut by Coach USA busses that want to bypass West Virginia Avenue. 9th street is a narrow residential street with one lane of traffic that is not rated for large commercial traffic and the large busses are creating dangerous road conditions. Multiple residential complains to Coach USA to change their route and request to DDOT to install “ no busses “ signs have not been answered.
