I am not sure if this is an issue the City of Canton can address or not. I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years and almost all the yards have one tree in the front yard. The tress that are older from the first phase are blocking the street lights now. When the street lights are on they can't shine because of the placement of the trees and the light poles so far off the road. Not sure if the trees can be trimmed to fix the issue or not.
